Manminder Khosa is a Canadian citizen, certified and authorized by the government of Canada as an immigration counsel. To be certified, a consultant must pass a rigorous application process, which requires evidence of good character, and tests knowledge and language skills.
He is a Member of Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). He has pursued immigration education from Humber College, Canada. The ICCRC certificate confirms that the consultant is an authorized representative recognized by the Federal, Provincial and Territorial Governments.
The Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) is the Canadian organization of professional immigration consultants. Its members are the only ones who are recognized by Canadian Government under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act of Canada as “authorized representatives” who may, for a fee, represent, advice, or consult with persons subject to an immigration proceeding in the Canadian Embassies, CBSA and Immigration & Refugee Board of Canada.
